When will my pre-order ship?
All pre-orders are planned to start shipping in early January. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your candle is on its way.

A pre-order allows you to reserve a candle from our first-ever collection. By pre-ordering, you help us bring Stillwick to life and ensure you are among the first to receive it.

How long does the candle burn?
Our 250g candle is designed for a long, unhurried burn of approximately 50 hours.

What are your candles made of?
Stillwick candles are crafted with a natural, soy-based wax blend and a pure cotton wick, ensuring a clean and even burn.

Are your candles vegan/cruelty-free?
Yes, all of our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging with a receipt.

To start a return, you must first contact us at info@stillwick.com. Do not send your item back without a return label.

Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, you can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order has shipped.
